Counselling Sessions range from 25-50 minutes. You can book sessions as regularly as you’re comfortable with. Your therapist can also work with you to find a schedule that works for you.
Yes! At Stone Silo we offer in-person, online and telephone sessions to ensure our patients are comfortable and therapy is accessible for everyone.
Stone Silo Counselling and Wellness offers multiple convenient payment options for clients. Clients can choose to pay using a card on file, which includes both credit and debit cards. By securely storing their card information, clients can have their session fees automatically charged to their provided card. Alternatively, clients can also pay using e-transfer or cash. Clients may also pay for their massage therapy/osteopath treatments with debit or credit using the Point of Sale machine at the Waterloo office.
Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment at Stone Silo Counselling and Wellness. If a client fails to cancel or cancels within 24 hours they may be charged the session fee still. Charging for missed appointments or late cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis and are under the sole discretion of Stone Silo.
Clients must familiarize themselves with and agree to the cancellation and payment policy when scheduling an appointment at Stone Silo Counselling and Wellness. By doing so, clients acknowledge that they may be charged the full session fee if they fail to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. They also understand that they can choose from various payment methods, including a card on file (credit or debit), e-transfer, or cash.
We do not accept insurance. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the client. Our therapists are covered by most benefits packages. It’s important for you to consult your insurance plan to ensure you are covered for the services of the therapist you choose to work with.
The appointment session fees at Stone Silo Counselling and Wellness vary depending on the appointment type and the therapist the client works with. For mental health services, prices range from $150 to $175 per clinical hour. For massage services, the cost is $100 for an hour of massage. For osteopathy services, it is $90 for the initial 60-minute assessment, and then $75 for 45-minute appointments. Before scheduling an appointment, clients will be informed of the specific session fee applicable to their situation. Session fees are also displayed on our online booking portal.
There is no HST for mental health services. For other services, HST may apply.
