Counselling Sessions range from 25-50 minutes. You can book sessions as regularly as you’re comfortable with. Your therapist can also work with you to find a schedule that works for you.
The costs of sessions vary depending on the counsellor and their services. We do not accept insurance. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the client. Our therapists are covered by most benefits packages. It’s important for you to consult your insurance plan to ensure you are covered for the services of the therapist you choose to work with.
Yes! Most of our counsellors do offer remote sessions via video conferencing.
All therapy sessions are 100% confidential. However, all therapists have a duty to report in instances where there are immediate concerns for the safety of the client due to harming themselves or somebody else. Instances where a child under 16 years old may be at risk and instances of professional misconduct by someone who works with a vulnerable population (ie. doctor, teacher, other therapists etc.) Confidentiality will be discussed in more depth at the beginning of the therapeutic journey.
